Collect required details:

  • Dates, times, and location.
  • Technical requirements or setup preference.
  • Confirm availability and send quotation.




Quotation & Agreement

We share customized rental quote (daily/weekly rate)

Include delivery, setup, and pickup options.

Sign rental agreement, including terms for:

  •  Damage or loss liability
  •  Cancellation policy
  • Request payment (deposit or full, as per policy)




Equipment Preparation/Delivery & Setup
